We are seeking a Lawyer to join our expanding reputable practice and provide legal advice and representation to clients regarding Real Estate matters.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Draft and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and deeds.
  • Represent clients in real estate transactions and negotiations.
  • Provide legal advice on property management, zoning laws, and property taxes.
  • Handle real estate litigation issues, such as boundary disputes and title issues.
  • Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as real estate agents and architects, to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Keep clients informed about the status of their cases and provide guidance on legal rights and obligations.

Requirements and skills

  • LLB or Juris Doctor.
  • A licensed member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Law.
  • Strong written communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
  • Ability to work independently.
