We are seeking a lawyer to join our expanding reputable practice to provide legal advice and representation to clients regarding commercial and corporate litigation matters.

You should have experience in:
- Representing clients in a wide range of business litigation matters, including employment, commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, real estate/condo disputes, estate litigation, general civil litigation including small claims court
- Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies, including case assessment, negotiation, and trial preparation.
- Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing expert legal advice to clients.
- Collaborating with colleagues, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services to meet client objectives seamlessly.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' cases.
- Appearing in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
You should:
- Be a licensed member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Have 8+ years of experience corporate and commercial litigation.
- Have Strong drafting abilities.
- Have attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
- Have the ability to work independently.
