Our thriving Real Estate practice is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced and strategic Real Estate Lawyer to take on a pivotal role within our team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and review all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions from inception to completion, including purchase and sale agreements, financing, and title reviews.
- Oversee, mentor, and guide a team of dedicated law clerks, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of all residential real estate files.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, referral partners, and lenders, acting as their trusted legal advisor.
- Uphold the firm's commitment to exceptional client service by delivering timely, strategic, and practical legal advice.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate Law.
- Must be a licensee in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern conveyancing platforms (e.g., Unity, RealtiWeb, Quintalink).
- Demonstrated experience with Teraview and digital signature platforms (e.g., Syngrafii).
